SPRING SESSION REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT WINTER “2016-2017” SESSION STUDENT

To make NO changes:
You do not need to fill out another registration form if making no changes for the Spring Session. Simply make payment to renew enrollment. Payment is due by Saturday, February 18th. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your payment. If we do not hear from you by February 18th, we cannot guarantee your current spot for our Spring Session.

To make ANY changes:
• by switching a current student's class code, day, or time
• by adding or dropping a second class
• by adding a sibling (including siblings on the waiting list)
• by not continuing a registered sibling for the Spring Session

Complete a new registration form and submit it with your payment by February 18th. Any changes for the Spring Session will be processed after the deadline date, according to the date we received your form and payment in our office.


IF YOU ARE A RETURNING FALL “2016” SESSION STUDENT

• Fill in registration form COMPLETELY and LEGIBLY.
• Mail or bring registration into our office with full payment of class fee. PGC accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You can make your check payable to PGC, Inc.
• All Fall student registration forms will be processed in order of the date we receive form and payment. This process will begin on February 20th and takes about a week. You will be notified as to your status when your registration form is processed. We will do so by email. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder, as our email may not have made it into your inbox.
• We will not cash your check if we cannot put your child in a class.

IF YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT -
(Not registered in the Fall 2016 Session or Winter 2016-2017 Session)

• Fill in registration form COMPLETELY and LEGIBLY.
• Mail or bring registration into our office with full payment of class fee and $10 registration fee. PGC accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You can make your checks payable to PGC, Inc.
• All new student registration forms will be processed in order of the date we receive form and payment. This process will begin on February 20th and takes about a week. You will be notified as to your status when your registration form is processed. We will do so by email. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder, as our email may not have made it into your inbox.
• We will not process your payment if we cannot put your child in a class.
