Let your children unleash their inner ninja at our Ninja Skills Clinic! Children will learn to flip, roll and jump like a ninja. Their skills will build and be tested through obstacle course training, ninja games, and creating their very own signature combo!

CARTWHEEL CLINIC
A great opportunity to learn a favorite skill of gymnastics and tumbling! Coaches will emphasize the importance of correct technique by using drills and stations to teach the basics. Participants will practice fundamental handstand progressions as a way to perfect their cartwheels.

ROUND OFF CLINIC
Spend focused time on this fundamental building block of gymnastics. Participants will receive personalized instruction from experienced coaches in an effort to achieve the best round-off possible!
Children must be able to perform a cartwheel.

BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC
Participants will be guided through a series of drills and receive hands-on spotting to help them master a standing back handspring. Attention will be given to proper progression and technique needed to execute a powerful and controlled back handspring.
Children must be able to perform a back walkover.

BALANCE BEAM CLINIC
NEW Balance beam clinic!
Let us help your child build confidence and advance their skills on the balance beam. Our coaches will help students one-on-one and set up independent stations taking them through exercises and drills to help them move smoothly across the beam and land their dismount.
